Shalom Employee Assistance Program is in place to assist you with these situations. In partnership with Fulton County Health Center, Shalom provides 24 hours 7 days a week emergency and crisis care. Our EAP provides confidential, professional counseling and referral services for employees and their dependents to help them resolve personal problems affecting job performance and emotional well-being. Shalom’s EAP services can be designed to provide intervention opportunities early in the process, minimizing issues to be resolved to reduce the impact on performance.

Our EAP offers various services, including assessment, evaluation, and counseling for varied problems, including emotional, marital, and family issues, anger management, stress management, referral services for substance abuse, and other addictions. Our professional, licensed counselors and therapists are available at the main office in Archbold or our satellite office in Bryan. Arrangements can be made for services to be offered in one of our offices or onsite at the place of employment if there is a confidential, safe environment available.
